Terms & Conditions

1. It is the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to supervise their children.

2. All interactions with project PACE animals must be supervised by farm personnel. We have free-range animals, with all inherent risks involved.

3. During summer, be mindful of the electric fence surrounding our large animals. Please do not touch the electric fence.

4. Dress appropriately for farm environment and seasonal weather conditions.

1. For summer, wear outdoor clothes, long pants, closed-toed footwear (i.e. rubber boots, hiking boots or running shoes) and a hat.

2. For winter, wear appropriate outdoor clothes and boots.

5. Project PACE is not responsible should your clothes or other belongings get dirty, torn or lost.

6. Please be attentive to farm conditions:

1. Keep a distance from our pond, which is a drowning risk.

2. The ground on the farm is uneven and may be slippery in winter.

3. There may be insects that bite and/or sting.

4. There may be poisonous plants.

5. There is no access to running water. In the summer, there is access to rainwater.

6. There is no electricity.

7. There is no food served or potable water available at the farm.

7. Dogs and other animals are prohibited at Project PACE farm, even if they are in a carrier or on a leash.

8. Photos taken by Project PACE may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media accounts, provided no names are used. **Please notify us if you do not want your photos taken or published by Project PACE**
   
   

9. We reserve the right to cancel in case of extremely bad weather or an emergency. In that case, we will refund you the full amount or offer an option to reschedule.
